// CUSTOMER CARE

Raresoft wouldn't exist without reputation and word of mouth. All too often you hear tales of people being scammed or misled in the world of second hand sales, but not here. With hundreds of different guns imported and just as many satisfied customers for several years, you can rest assured you're in safe hands. If you have any issues with your purchase, or you have lots of questions before committing to something, don't hesitate to get in touch for an honest opinion.

Your statutory 14 days right to return applies.

As of 19/09/25, a 5% cancellation fee will occur for pre-orders. This exists only to mitigate losses from transaction related fees, it still does not cover other costs for acquiring products based on demand. In exceptional circumstances out of my control, full refunds will be given regardless.

// SOURCE TO ORDER

  • The listed price is the price you pay. Payment is a 50% deposit once we confirm the item is available, and the remaining 50% plus delivery when it arrives in the UK.
  • Every item is marked New or Used. Used items may have small marks or scuffs, especially on the box.
  • If we can't source your item within 2 weeks, your deposit is refunded in full.
  • Once your item is sourced and we've confirmed it with you, the deposit can't be refunded.
  • If the item arrives in unsuitable condition or isn't as described, we'll arrange a partial or full refund, based on what you need.
  • Sourcing usually takes 4–6 weeks from deposit to UK arrival, subject to shipping companies and customs.

// WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

If there's something you don't see on the store but you know is still produced, get in touch and I'll see what I can do to wholesale it on the store. Raresoft is not limited solely to discontinued and classic guns.

Alternatively, if you're a retailer or wholesaler and you've got some unusual items that aren't usually your thing, contact us and we might be interested in your wares.
