Akriva Type 56-1 GBBR

The AKRIVA Type 56-1 is a full-steel gas blowback reproduction of the Chinese Type 56-1, featuring a stamped and riveted steel receiver, real wood furniture and a double-strut underfolding steel stock.

Part of AKRIVA's Type 56 gas blowback series, the T56-1 reproduces the folding-stock configuration with Chinese-pattern receiver markings, a fully enclosed front sight hood and traditional wooden handguards and pistol grip.

The rifle incorporates forged steel trunnions, a stamped steel receiver and dust cover, and a steel bolt carrier with a two-stage recoil spring assembly. The bolt carrier features a grey phosphate finish, while the external steel components are treated with a hot alkaline oxidation finish.

The fire-control mechanism uses steel components alongside a triple-strand hammer spring arrangement. The rifle features selectable semi-automatic and fully automatic firing modes.

The underfolding stock is constructed from stamped steel and incorporates a double-locking arm mechanism. When extended, the rifle measures approximately 870 mm, reducing to 645 mm with the stock folded. Unlike the standard fixed-stock T56, the T56-1 does not feature the folding spike bayonet.

AKRIVA's proprietary gas blowback system includes a rotary adjustable hop-up, 405 mm inner barrel and a last-round empty indicator. Dedicated gas and CO₂ magazine variants are available.
